DELIVERY  We will endeavour to fulfil orders within 4 working days, subject to stock availability.  If any items are out of stock we will tell you when you place your order.  If there are any other unforeseen delays, we will contact you.  Deliveries are sent via the Royal Mail or courier.  Postage charges include insurance of your goods.

Overnight delivery can only be guaranteed on orders received prior to 3.30 pm and subject to stock availability.

RETURNS - FREEPOST  If you are not entirely satisfied with any product you order from us, contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a refund or exchange of product.  Please note that repayments on items given as gifts can only be made to the purchaser.  Proof of postage is required on all goods returned to us.

RETURNS ON SHOES  Refunds and exchanges on shoes and boots can only be made if the leather uppers and soles are not marked or scratched.  Please try on our shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid the risk of scratching.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

BESPOKE SHIRT SERVICE  We will endeavour to fulfil bespoke shirt orders within 14 working days, however, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Please note that bespoke shirts cannot be exchanged or refunded.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

GARMENT CARE

Shirts  We recommend that you wash your shirts at 40 degrees centigrade, by hand or by machine.  We do not recommend tumble drying.  Please follow the washing instructions on your shirt.  Wash dark colours separately with a colour detergent.  Remove collar stiffeners prior to washing.  Shirts are best ironed when damp, taking extra care when ironing the collar points to avoid creasing at the front of the collar.

Ties  Never wash your silk tie, dry clean only.  For small stain spots we recommend you use a reputable stain removal product.

Suits/Blazers/PNW Trousers  These garments must be dry cleaned and stored hanging.  After wearing allow 24 hours to air thoroughly before storage.

Overcoats  Dry clean only.

Leather Jackets  Specialist clean only.

Casual Wear  Please follow the manufacturers care instructions found on labels within the garments.
